Two years ago we welcomed Luca. I will always remember when they put him in my arms at the hospital, he was so small and we had no idea what to do. Luckily it all comes naturally when you become a parent. And there are always friends with recent experience that can help when in need

From that day our lives changed. He is our universe and I think that only after you become a parent you can truly understand what love feels like… and also the lack of sleep. You don’t sleep the first months because you’re breastfeeding and he needs to be fed every 3 hours, then there come the teeth and sometimes he just wakes up in the middle of the night and wants to play. The funny part is that all of those sleepless nights fade away when he smiles at you or gives you the most innocent hug.

Our Luca turned 2 so we threw him a birthday party with his little friends. Our friend Pinterest was there, as always, therefore me and Vlad took care of all the party decorations, that include balloons, cake and candy bar decorations.

The delicious cake was made by my mom and also the snacks from the candy bar. We wanted to use as much as possible natural ingredients and of course less sugar.

The kids had a wonderful time playing and running all over the place. It was a great opportunity for us, the parents to catch up and remember their first days and years. When did those two years pass?
