REVIEW | MAC COSMETICS STUDIO FIX FOUNDATION
Sometimes I wonder why I keep buying Mac foundations over…
Ever since I saw this beauty oil, I decided that I need to try it. I don’t know if you heard, but it’s really appreciated. So I added it to my Christmas wishlist and after a few clicks and an online payment it landed under the Christmas tree
This Farsali elixir is a super hydrating oil that also has anti-aging benefits and can be used to improve your makeup aplication, especially foundation. The reason I bought it is that my skin gets really dry during cold season, and sometimes my moisturiser and primer are not enough to achieve the best look for my foundation.
This beauty oil can be used for multiple purposes:
For me personally it works best if I mix it with my foundation before applying it on my face with the beauty blender. It sets really nice on the face, it gives a natural finish and I feel my skin hydrated all day.
When I feel that my skin is really dry, especially when it’s cold, I apply this beauty oil before going out, to protect my skin. If I apply it directly on my face, I must say that it feels a bit greasy and also leaves a greasy film on the skin. Although they say it’s good for all skin types, I have my reservations for those who have greasy skin.
I wouldn’t use it on my lips, honestly! Especially because it costs 50€ and there are so many affordable and efficient alternatives for that, such as EOS, Nivea lip balms of even lanolin.
My conclusion is that if you want to treat your skin with a bit of gold and to improve your foundation finished look, I recommend this Farsali beauty elixir.
